Satellite TV provider, DirecTV extended their agreement with Ten Sports for five years (up to 2014) to provide 24/7 cricket channel ‘Cricket Plus’ to their subscribers.
Cricket Plus channel in DirecTV provides International cricket highlights played at the ICC World Cup and Champions Trophy as well as other International cricket played in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, SriLanka, West Indies, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Zimbabwe and South Africa.
Cricket Plus channel in DirecTV also renders original content and the most up-to-date news and events in the world of Champions trophy hockey from the world hockey federation, horse racing and golf.
Cricket Plus in Direct TV is delivered under the channel number 2024 in DirecTV’s HindiDirect I and HindiDirect II programming packages, which are part of the international programming packages.
